Remember, we do have choices in how we choose to live and what we bring to the kitchen table so that means instead of waiting and hoping that our government will label GMO foods, we can instead just make sure not to eat their conventional foods that we know are compromised. So, try means incorporating more produce from small local farms that are at your farmer’s market and eating less packaged foods. Also, know that grains are heavily treated with agro-chemicals in order to harvest them faster and more efficiently so never eat conventional wheat i.e. bread, pasta, crackers, cereal and so forth.
